What You'll Do

Drive a flatbed tow truck Tow and transport disabled vehicles safely Respond to roadside service calls Load and secure vehicles properly Communicate with dispatch throughout your shift Complete service paperwork using a mobile device Keep your truck clean and ready to work Provide friendly and professional customer service What We're Looking For Required Must be at least 21 years of age to meet company insurance and driving eligibility requirements Valid driver's license and good driving record At least 2 years of experience driving a commercial vehicle Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Must be located within 20 miles of Waxahachie, TX Preferred Experience We especially want to talk with candidates who have experience driving: Flatbed tow trucks Rollback tow trucks Delivery trucks Utility trucks Fuel or oil delivery trucks Box trucks Other commercial vehicles over 10,000 lbs.

Previous towing experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate with commercial driving experience Physical Requirements Lift up to 75 lbs. Operate winches, levers, and manual controls requiring upper‑body strength Ability to work outdoors in the heat, cold, rain and other weather conditions Push or maneuver disabled vehicles in tight spaces when necessary Ability to safely perform duties in active roadside and recovery environments Perform repeated bending, kneeling, climbing, and crouching during loading and service tasks Benefits Offered Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Medical, Dental, & Vision Plans Pet Insurance (NEW!)
