The Dixon Group is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Pewaukee, WI! The Customer Service Representative will provide superior customer service to both external and internal customers.
Responsibilities include
entering orders and quotes, resolving product or service issues, and following up with customers to ensure their needs are satisfied. Additional responsibilities include accounts receivable functions, customer invoicing, file maintenance, and various special projects as needed.
