Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - per diem

Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking a Per diem Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner to work in a team environment providing care to adults and adolescents in CHD’s Crisis Stabilization and Outpatient Clinic in Chicopee Massachusetts. This is an on-site position at our clinics.

These programs treat individuals and families throughout the care continuum. Services include but are not limited to individual counseling, psychiatry, recovery coaching, case management, treatment for substance use disorders, and peer support.
