We offer a flexible, innovative environment where your ideas matter and your career can thrive.

Regnology is a global leader in regulatory reporting, helping financial institutions, regulators, and tax authorities improve data quality, efficiency, and cost savings. Our mission: to safeguard financial markets through smarter, future-ready solutions.

What you'll do

We are seeking analytical, detail-oriented and customer-focused professionals to join our global support team as a Junior Customer Support Specialist for our Transaction Reporting product. In this role, you will provide first-level functional support to our clients while contributing to 24/7 global service continuity through a coordinated Follow the Sun (FTS) support model.

This is a great entry point into regulatory and transaction reporting, working alongside experienced colleagues and building expertise in a specialized financial domain.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a first point of contact for clients using our Transaction Reporting solution, handling functional inquiries under guidance from senior team members. Help analyze and troubleshoot business rules and configurations to resolve routine issues. Assist in investigating discrepancies in transaction/regulatory reports, escalating complex cases to senior colleagues or technical teams.

Collaborate with technical teams to support end-to-end issue resolution. Global Incident Support: Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for urgent support needs during weekends or outside local business hours (with senior backup available). Support seamless handover and coordination with other regions as part of the Follow the Sun model.

Assist in response efforts for high-priority or platform-wide incidents, helping maintain clear internal documentation. Additional Scope Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that improve support processes and product features. Help build out internal knowledge base content and client-facing documentation. Why we should decide on you Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field (preferred, but strong internship/practical experience may substitute).

0–2 years of experience in customer service, business analysis, or financial software — recent graduates with relevant internship experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Exposure to a financial institution or bank (internship, working student role, etc.) is a plus. Basic understanding of transaction reporting concepts (e.

g. MiFIR, EMIR, or similar transaction/regulatory reporting frameworks) is a plus — full training provided. Interest in banking products such as credit facilities, derivatives, collateral, or interest rate products. Strong analytical skills with a good affinity for numbers. Willingness to learn technical troubleshooting (logs, user access, configurations, basic SQL) — training provided.

Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level), written and verbal. Willingness to participate in on-call/weekend coverage as part of a global rotation. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus. Note: No prior transaction reporting experience required — we're looking for strong troubleshooting instincts and a genuine willingness to learn.

Key Attributes Structured and analytical, with an eye for detail. Calm and dependable, even when learning to handle time-sensitive situations. Client-focused and collaborative, with a service-oriented mindset. Curious and proactive about learning new regulatory frameworks and internal processes. To get started, we only need your CV.

We look forward to meeting you in a virtual or personal interview! Regnology is committed to equal employment opportunities regardless of gender, age, nationality, ethnic or social origin, disability, or identity. CS_2026_16 Apply now!
