JOB SUMMARY

Under close supervision, answers emergency and non-emergency calls for service, takes information from callers, enters information into a database, and provides assistance and information to Pinal County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) Deputies and other emergency services agencies.  THIS ROLE IS COMPENSATED UNDER A STEP PAY STRUCTURE WITH SCHEDULED INCREASES BASED ON TENURE AND PERFORMANCE.
