Job Summary

The Ambulatory Care RN under the direction of the Clinic Nurse Supervisor, and/or Director of Clinic Operations, will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide direct care to patients in the Clinic setting. Provide and assist with Wound care, Care Coordination, Chronic Disease Management, Patient Education/Teaching, Triage functions as needed, and various other nursing services and interventions
