Senior Manager, Accounting and FP&A

Luna is seeking a highly proactive, hands-on Senior Manager, Accounting & FP&A to lead our accounting and financial planning functions while driving a significant transformation of our financial systems, processes, and reporting capabilities. Reporting to the VP of Finance, this role oversees the Accounting Manager and leads budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, management reporting, and financial systems optimization.

A central priority is to transform Luna’s current Net. Suite deployment into a fully integrated, highly automated financial management platform. The objective is to eliminate manual processes, connect financial and operational information, and establish scalable capabilities across banking, accounts receivable, KPIs, market-level profitability, budgeting, and forecasting.

We seek someone who anticipates needs rather than waiting for direction: a leader who identifies deficiencies, develops practical solutions, sets priorities, and owns implementation. The successful candidate combines strong accounting and FP&A expertise with substantial hands-on Net. Suite experience and a demonstrated record of financial systems transformation.
