The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed hospital in Las Vegas, NM to recruit a dedicated and compassionate PRN Registered Nurse to support their Med Surg team on an as-needed basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while maintaining flexibility to meet staffing needs.

Schedule: PRN | Days | Nights What You’ll Do Key Responsibilities: Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records Administer medications to patients and monitor patients for reactions or side effects Record patients' medical information and vital signs Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention Prepare patients for, and assist with, examinations and treatments What We Are Looking For Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN is preferred 6+ months of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Med Surg environment is preferred Current New Mexico RN License Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification What You Can Expect Benefits: PRN positions may be eligible for limited benefits based on hours worked and hospital policy EAP (Employee Assistance Program) Worldwide Travel Assistance Online Discount Marketplace If you’re a patient-focused and dependable Registered Nurse looking for the flexibility of PRN work while making a meaningful impact on patient care, we’d love to hear from you.
