Job description
Center for Human Development (CHD), is seeking Senior Direct Care professionals for a new Intensive Treatment Residential (ITR) program that will be located in West Springfield, MA. This program provides long term support for male adolescents (5-13 years of age). In this program, the population served will receive housing, therapeutic, emotional, and educational support with a goal to develop healthy and fulfilling relationships that will solidify skills and apply them to real world settings.
