Labs, on both sides of every deal. When something breaks in a campaign or a payment, it reaches you first. That means you find the problems before anyone else does. Then you fix them, either on your own or together with the operations or engineering team. You build the automation, the workflow, or the guidance behind our AI agent, so the problem stops coming back.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Answer creators and brands: how the product works, where a deal stands, how to fix an account
• Test the AI agent that answers our support inbox, find the questions it gets wrong, and write the content that fixes them
• Turn recurring issues into projects and/or bug reports for the engineering team
• Build workflows and automations that take repetitive work off the team
• Spot deals that stalled between a brand and a creator, and follow up with the side that went quiet
• Keep the Help Center up to date, and write the articles for the questions that keep coming back
• Help review and approve the creators and brands who join the marketplace, the work that keeps both sides trusting it WHO YOU ARE
• Recently graduated in Computer Science or Business with strong technical aptitude.
• You communicate well in English.
• You use AI tools every day, and you know when the output is wrong
• You have built at least one automation that worked: n8n, Zapier, Make
• You are careful with detail.
• You ask early when you are stuck Bonus Points If
• You have shipped something and put it in front of users: a project, a tool, a side business, a bot
• You have worked in support, community or an agency WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
• Fewer tickets reach the team per paid collab, and the ones that do get solved quicker
• Creators and brands get an answer fast, and it solves the problem
• Stuck deals get unblocked in days
• Our Customer Support Agent resolves more conversations on its own, because you improved what it knows
