The Installer assumes day-to-day coordination of retrofit HVAC projects as assigned to assure contractual commitments are met in a timely, cost-effective manner.

What you'll do
Install heating, ventilation, and cooling units for commercial customers. Travel to job sites in a service area, and work with project managers to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customer. Perform required documentation for each install, recording recommendations, accurate readings, and observations.
Have client sign necessary paperwork. Catch quality issues early and speak up when something needs to be corrected. Ability to make ethical and responsible decisions while keeping the customer and our company interests in mind. What will help you succeed You may be a strong fit if you bring: 5-7 years’ experience installing HVAC and/or Hydronics.
Experience with welding and/or pipefitting Good analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to read and interpret plans and manuals. Excellent customer service skills with a desire to exceed customer expectations. Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time.
A valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and be able and willing to operate company-owned vehicles. A collaborative approach, personal accountability, and a commitment to continuous learning.
