Accounts Payable Specialist

Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC has an opening for an Accounts Payable Specialist in its Memphis, TN office. The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for supporting the Firm's financial operations through the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and payments.

This role utilizes Emburse Enterprise to review, audit, and process accounts payable transactions while ensuring compliance with Firm policies and internal controls.

Responsibilities include

vendor management, payment processing, account reconciliations, expense reporting, month-end support, and resolution of payment-related inquiries.
