Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Handling customer interactions with efficiency and empathy . Providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs. Ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and professional phone etiquette . Fresh Grads & Dropouts are welcome to apply! What we’re looking for: Fluency in English is a MUST (B2/C1) Strong skills in Customer Service & Customer Support Problem-solving , active listening , & attention to detail Experience in a customer-facing role and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus!
