Job description
The Taproom & Retail Manager plays a key role in building Muskoka Brewery’s Taproom into a destination within the region. Working closely with the Assistant Taproom Manager, you will oversee daily operations of the Taproom, Retail Store, and Dockside summer program — leading your team to deliver an exceptional, guest-first experience while driving sales volume and revenue to achieve annual budget targets.
You will manage staff and scheduling, foster team development, build strong community relationships, and execute effective retail and merchandise strategies. This role combines operational excellence with creativity, community engagement, and strong commercial acumen.
