Tournament Services Intern - Astros Golf Foundation

The Astros Golf Foundation, proud host organization of Houston’s PGA TOUR event, the Texas Children’s Houston Open, is seeking a Tournament Services Intern to support finance and executive operations for the tournament and other high-profile events.

Responsibilities include

customer billing, vendor payments, data entry, maintaining financial records, project coordination, stakeholder communication, budget tracking, and executive-level administrative support. Interns will work closely with leadership, vendors, and departments such as Volunteers, Ticketing, Sponsorship, Operations, Finance, and Retail.

Candidates must be professional, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information in a fast-paced environment.
