Assistant Track and Field & Cross Country Coach

The primary responsibility of this position is to instruct and develop student-athletes in alignment with the university’s academic mission. The assistant coach supports the head coach in administering various aspects of the athletic program. Ideal for individuals passionate about athletics, this role offers hands-on experience and does not require prior coaching experience.

Duties may be required before, during, and after the season, as determined by the head coach. This position is classified as exempt under FLSA regulations.
