What You'll Do

As a Caregiver, you will help residents maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life by: Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Providing medication reminders and reporting changes in resident condition Assisting with meals, hydration, and dining support Engaging residents in activities and meaningful conversation Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of caregiving experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, or Long-Term Care High school diploma or GED Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Ability to assist residents with transfers, mobility, and personal care Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Preferred Qualifications CPR and First Aid Certification Dementia care experience The Right Candidate Is: Compassionate and patient Dependable and punctual Professional in appearance and conduct Resident-focused Positive and team-oriented Willing to step in and help wherever needed Committed to providing excellent care and customer service Benefits Competitive Pay Health Insurance Paid Time Off Employee Recognition Programs Ongoing Training & Professional Development Opportunities for Advancement Schedule Full-Time 6a.
