International Digital & Technology Manager

The Digital & Technology Manager, Americas is International IT's regional owner of restaurant and guest-facing technology across Mexico, Latin America and Canada. The role is the day-to-day technology partner to the franchise groups and partners in each market, each with its own organization, systems and level of digital maturity. It turns International standards into working deployments and holds vendors accountable to service levels.

This is a hands-on regional leadership role, not a help desk role: franchisee and vendor help desks handle Tier 1. This role owns escalations, root-cause fixes, deployment readiness and each market's technology roadmap. It is intentionally broad and designed to grow as International’s digital footprint expands.
