Birchwood Health Care Center-Director of Maintenance

We are located in Forest Lake, MN. We have been helping seniors Age Magnificently since 1979 and are part of Senior Care Communities, a local non-profit supporting senior. Ensures repair, maintenance, and function of building electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, floor care, vehicles and grounds meet expectations.  Creates and implements preventive maintenance program for buildings, grounds, vehicles, and equipment. Full time: Monday-Friday Monthly Rotations with Maintenance Team Wage: $27-$37 per hour
