About Crossroads Crossroads Church is a growing multi-site, interdenominational church. Our sites are currently located in Ohio and Kentucky, with plans to expand to additional cities. We also have an online presence that serves thousands of people who aren’t located near one of our physical sites. We believe the story of Jesus' redemption is the greatest story ever told, and that's why we embrace creativity, adventure, authenticity, and tenacity to share this story with the world.

Our desire is to model our staff and church community after the church in Revelation, where people of all nations, tribes, and tongues are worshiping and working together. We’re not there yet, but it’s what we’re working toward with every hire and every person who walks through our doors.

Job Summary

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant who operates as a trusted partner. Someone who sees what’s coming, steps in before being asked, and brings order where things feel unclear or moving fast. The person in this role is here to create momentum, not just take tasks. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Stay Ahead of What Matters Keep priorities clear, calendars aligned, and time protected Anticipate needs and solve problems before they surface Ensure follow-through on key initiatives and commitments Create Order from Complexity Build systems where there aren’t any Bring clarity to fast-moving or ambiguous situations Turn ideas into organized, executable plans Own the Details (Work + Life) Manage scheduling, coordination, and communication Support personal and family logistics when needed Take ownership of whatever helps life run smoothly Be a Thought Partner Speak up when something feels off Push back when needed—with clarity and respect Help make things better, not just easier Education Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience/Skills Requirements 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional organization, prioritization, and calendar management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment. Proactive, detail-oriented problem solver with strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Performs multiple tasks effectively under pressure. Physical Requirements Must be able to walk up to 3 miles. Must be able to lift 25 to 50 lbs. Schedule/Requirements The base schedule is Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, but must be flexible specific to the needs of the Associate Executive Pastor, as well as high -impact events at Crossroads.

Potential for some travel and weekend hours. Availability: Expected to work outside of “normal” schedule for All Hands on Deck high-impact events (Holy Week/Easter, Super Bowl, Christmas, others as needed), participate in all-staff meetings, day of solitude, offsites, etc. Authenticity: Communicates clearly, directly, and honestly, even under stress, and does so with a sustained positive attitude and demeanor.
