Store Manager In Training

The Store Manager in Training is based in the Charlotte, NC retail district location, with operations in the U.S., and has overall responsibility for driving revenue growth and overseeing the sales operations of multiple stores within a designated area by traveling to various store locations to ensure the assigned store location operates to company standards when the store manager position is vacant.

This position reports directly to the District Sales Manager and may have up to 10 direct reports.
