Incoming Quality Control

What you will do

• Manage the (key) supplier base from a Quality perspective
• Responsible for the (5) life cycle processes of SQ drive Supplier maturity
• Maintain the supplier qualifications for the SQ elements
• Ensure the control plans are maintained
• Conduct audits for AVL and part qualification
• IQC in the manufacturing site and management of it at other suppliers
• Play its role in the LCM process between ITEC and suppliers
• Drive / support supply chain movements between suppliers
• Represent the supplier voice in the ITEC business
• Responsible for the SCAR process, through 8D
• ISO 9001 indepth knowledge and be the on site go to person for wuxi.

What you will need

• Senior 10+ yrs experience in quality and supplier quality
• Convincing through ways of working
• Technical background / process thinking
• Understanding/Experience with APQP
• Experience with (manufacturing) process development and validation
• Experience with transfer of manufacturing lines and product designs
