WTP/WWTP Mechanical Foreman

Conewago, a company that has been making our customers dreams become a reality for the past 70 years, is currently accepting applications for Water/Waste Water Mechanical Foremen, who want to play a key role in building and rehabilitating critical water and wastewater infrastructure throughout the region. We are seeking experienced tradespersons (commercial plumbers & pipe foreman on large industrial projects) who take pride in quality workmanship, enjoys solving complex installation challenges, and is ready to lead crews on impactful projects.

We are fully willing to provide comprehensive training for this position for the right candidate. At Conewago, you'll work on a variety of water and wastewater treatment projects that serve communities across Southern PA and Northern Maryland. Competitive compensation based on experience, leadership ability, and technical expertise. Most work is scheduled during regular daytime hours, with occasional overtime or off-shift work required to support facility shutdowns, maintenance activities, and critical project milestones.

Responsibilities include
