The CRM Specialist will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) and strategic lead for WEST360, ensuring the platform is fully leveraged to support member experience, growth, and operational efficiency. This role will bridge business needs and technical execution, partnering closely with Systems Applications and cross-functional leaders.
Hybrid position based in Menomonie, WI requires weekly onsite work. Must reside in WI or MN.
