Job description
The primary role of the Warehouse Assistant II is to regularly perform and demonstrate competency in two aspects of the Warehouse Management functions. A cross-trained employee that is self-sufficient and can perform accordingly in their hired role as well as another capacity. Example: employee is hired as order picker in the warehouse and learns either shipping or receiving over time after demonstrating the ability to perform tasks based on the coordinator/supervisor's instructions, observations and written requirements.
