Head Racquet Professional

Responsible for leading and delivering high-quality padel programming and instruction while supporting the General Manager in the execution of racquet sports operations. Serves as the primary on-court leader for padel, fostering strong relationships with members, guests, and staff to ensure an exceptional padel experience.

Supports participation growth, instructional excellence, and program consistency while upholding club standards, policies, and brand expectations. The position may also support other racquet sports like tennis or pickleball through coaching and event support, but is primarily responsible for the padel department.
