Medi. Card now boasts of more than half a million members and over 54,000 accredited doctors in over 1,000 hospitals and clinics nationwide. It also operates 16 Medi. Card free-standing clinics that provide services at par with those offered by hospitals minus the confinement. Medi. Card is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy: The Analytics and Outcomes Partner is responsible for generating, maintaining, and translating operational and clinical data into meaningful reports and insights for internal teams and corporate clients.

This role focuses on execution, consistency, and clarity—ensuring Corporate Health leaders, Client Engagement Partners, and Operations teams have accurate visibility into utilization, outcomes, and emerging risks. The role works closely with Corporate Health & Business Innovation, Clinical Transformation, Client Engagement, Operations, and Care Navigation teams to ensure data outputs reflect actual service delivery and support real-world decisions.

While not setting analytics strategy independently, the role contributes actively to shaping how data is used across the Corporate Health platform. Job Purpose To support data-driven decision making across Corporate Health by transforming Occupational Health, wellness, and care activity into clear, reliable, and client-ready insights that enable performance tracking, renewals, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Data Compilation and Reporting

  • Build and maintain standardized dashboards covering utilization, risk indicators, participation, and outcomes
  • Produce recurring internal and client-facing reports using agreed templates and metrics
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data outputs Outcomes Tracking and Insight Generation Track performance of Occupational Health, wellness, lifestyle, and care navigation programs Identify basic trends, patterns, and early signals that may require attention or intervention Flag anomalies, gaps, or data quality issues for escalation Client and Renewal Enablement
  • Support Client Engagement Partners by providing data inputs for QBRs, renewal discussions, and program updates
  • Translate data into clear charts, tables, and summaries that are understandable to non-technical audiences
  • Maintain consistency of metrics and definitions across client reports Internal Collaboration and Continuous Improvement
  • Work closely with Operations, Care Navigation, and Clinical teams to validate data accuracy
  • Incorporate feedback to improve report usefulness and clarity
  • Support improvement initiatives by tracking before-and-after metrics Qualifications
  • Four to seven years of experience in healthcare analytics, reporting, operations analysis, or outcomes measurement
  • Experience working with healthcare, insurance, OH, or wellness data sets preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, or dashboards
  • Comfortable working with imperfect data and improving data quality over time
  • Able to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders Success Metrics

  • 80% of corporate clients receiving outcomes or utilization reports annually

  • 70% percent of renewal discussions supported by analytics inputs

  • Consistent on-time delivery of scheduled reports and dashboards
