About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Executive Assistant to support Lyra’s President, Employer Solutions. This is a high-leverage partnership that goes beyond traditional administrative management. In this role, you will orchestrate the complex operational cadence for the President of Employer Solutions and help communicate the President’s priorities for the Employer business internally.

You will own managing the President’s complex schedule and travel logistics, creation of high-stakes corporate slide decks, draft critical leadership communications, and drive cross-functional special projects supporting the rhythm of the business. The ideal candidate blends exceptional organizational mastery with an executive presentation style, strong business acumen, and a deep passion for writing and communications.
