Student Employee - Registration Support

Student Employee – Registration Support Hours/Week: 19 Expectations: Learn and understand the resources and procedures necessary to assist students with registration-related questions and policies. Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, and via email. Support the Registrar’s office with tasks such as updating academic records, processing transcripts, assisting with registration, and maintaining student records.

Minimum Skills Desired Proficiency with computers and the ability to quickly learn Enrollment and Registration-related software systems Clear and effective communication skills in English, both verbal (in person, phone, online) and written Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills In addition to fulfilling this purpose, each employee continuously strives to bring about the mission of Ensign College, which is to develop capable and trusted disciples of Jesus Christ.
