This position is responsible for overseeing Retail Branch operations and employee development. Candidate should be resilient, communitive leader who balances operational efficiency with team development and customer satisfaction. Leadership and Team Building : Proven ability to manage, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.

Effective Communication : Clear, confident communication with Staff, customers, and corporate leadership to maintain consistent operations. Adaptability and Resilience : Ability to remain calm under pressure, handle difficult customers, and adapt to changing daily, seasonal, or market conditions. Proactive Problem-Solving : Identifying issues such as poor performance and implementing corrective actions to improve performance.
