Job description
The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for securing new business, as well as Sales Contracts with Meeting Space/Food & Beverage inclusions. They must also be involved in maximizing department operations to meet or exceed our annual budget expectations. Maintaining professional, courteous co-operation and excellent service to the guests at all times, as well display a positive attitude towards his/her job at all times.
