Service Advisor

Toromont Remanufacturing is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team in Bradford, ON! This position will be a primary contact for all internal and external stakeholders with regards to Toromont Remanufacturing components and service jobs, utilizing general technical knowledge and customer service skills to provide exceptional service in an effective and timely manner.

The Reman Service Advisor will also collaborate with the Production planning team, Supervisors and Coordinators to ensure quotes, timelines and processes are maintained to support accurate and timely WIP (work-in-progress) processing.
