Summary As a Concrete Laborer you will be performing a variety of tasks that support the overall end goal of the project or task at hand. Concrete laborers at B&B Concrete will be able to perform their role safely, productively, and efficiently. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Understand the task at hand Digging and raking Placing of concrete Maintaining a clean and safe workspace Operating hand and power tool Performing general laborer duties Qualifications and Experience: Follow all safety policies and requirements.

High School Diploma or equivalent; minimum of 1 year related experience. Have a reliable method of getting to job sites daily and on time. Self motivated and and eager to learn. Lift a minimum of 75 lbs. Perform labor on a construction site including on rough terrain and in inclement weather. Prior concrete experience preferred Hiring Process If your application is selected you will be required to attend a phone interview and a in person meeting.
