Live-In Shared Living Provider

At the Center for Human Development (CHD), we believe that Care Finds a Way. We connect dedicated individuals with meaningful opportunities to empower and support people in need within our communities. We are seeking an extraordinary, dedicated individual or couple for a truly unique Live-In Shared Living Provider role.

This isn't your typical shared living placement. Instead of a participant moving into your home, you will be moving into the participant's beautiful, fully furnished home to act as a primary caregiver and mentor for a wonderful young man.
