Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager serves as the primary HR partner for both our Corporate Office in Stoughton, WI, and our manufacturing facility in Madison, WI. This position partners with business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives while providing hands-on support in employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, payroll and benefits administration, leave management, HR reporting, and employee engagement.

This is a full-time, exempt position requiring 100% on-site support, with time divided between the Stoughton Corporate Office and Madison plant.
