Assisting, boarding, and securing mobility devices. We want you to work for BCTA if you: Are at least 25 years of age. Pass a DOT Drug & Alcohol Test Pass a DOT Physical Have a driver's license for at least 3 years. Good communication skills Must have a clean background check and a good driving record.
