Associate Inventory Planner- Lands' End School Outfitters

The Associate Inventory Planner is responsible for developing and managing demand forecasts and inventory plans for lower volume, lower complexity categories, customer programs, or business segments. This role partners with Sales, Program Management, Merchandising, Sourcing, Production, and Operations to support customer service, sales, margin, and inventory productivity goals.

The Associate Inventory Planner analyzes historical performance, current trends, customer demand signals, and seasonal needs to identify risks and opportunities and recommend inventory actions. This role supports both pre-season and in-season planning and builds commercial planning capability by connecting inventory decisions to customer outcomes, sales opportunities, and financial performance.
