JOB STATUS: Full-time (40 hours), 12 months per year LOCATION: Marshall, MN Help Families Build a Brighter Future! Help individuals and families build confidence, skills, and stability as a Self-Sufficiency Case Manager. Join our team and be a source of advocacy and support!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Empower & Support: Provide case management services that help individuals and families set and achieve personal goals.
- Guide Participants: Conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and assist in stabilizing housing situations.
- Manage Cases: Keep detailed records, document all contacts, and maintain participant confidentiality.
- Promote Self-Sufficiency: Support participants in becoming independent from public assistance.
- Community Engagement: Build relationships with service providers, attend networking meetings, and advocate for participants.
- Stay Organized: Ensure accurate documentation, track referrals, and complete necessary reports on time. SKILLS TO WOW US:

- You have experience working with multiple population types and advocating for individuals.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of two (2) - four (4) years of education and/or experience in a related field required.
- A four-year post-secondary degree in Human Services in preferred. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
- Starting salary of $20.57 - $31.54/hour + Benefits!
