Do you have a passion for Arctic adventures and working with people? We're looking for an enthusiastic guide to lead small groups on unforgettable snowmobile safaris through the scenic landscapes of Northern Norway, from mid-November 2026 to early April 2027. This is a seasonal, on-site position based in the Tromsø area — at the heart of Arctic Norway, where the winter runs deep and the landscape delivers the kind of experiences guests remember for years.
What you'll do
Guide small groups on snowmobile safaris through Arctic terrain Ensure guest safety and comfort at all times Share knowledge of local nature, wildlife, and Arctic culture What we're looking for Valid Norwegian snowmobile licence — required Hands-on snowmobile experience guiding or working in cold-weather outdoor settings Working proficiency in Swedish or Norwegian — required for team coordination and operational communication Fluent English — required for guest-facing briefings, safety information, and storytelling on tour Valid EU driving licence (category B) Strong safety mindset and good teamwork Comfortable working in cold Arctic conditions EU/EEA citizenship or a valid right to work in Norway What we offer: Salary: 35,000 NOK (gross) per month On-site accommodation in the Tromsø area A unique opportunity to live and work in the Arctic wilderness A friendly team and a supportive work environment Winter season: mid-November 2026 to early April 2027 If you're ready for a winter season full of snow and adventure, we'd love to hear from you.
