SUMMARY Responsible for the evaluation, treatment planning, treatment implementation, and all necessary documentation of all assigned patients of all age populations.

Also responsible for appropriate delegation of patient cases to licensed PTA with appropriate follow-up, as well as overseeing of Rehab Care Aides in inpatient or outpatient setting. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education: Graduate of an accredited college of Physical Therapy. Licensure: Registered PT license, or eligible for license, in State of Georgia.

Experience: May be new graduate. Skills: BLS CPR. Good communication and time management skills. Basic computer skills. ENVIRONMENTAL AND WORKING CONDITIONS Works inside a typical physical therapy treatment setting as well as on patient floors or in outpatient clinic. May be required to work a flexible schedule. Exposure to hazardous chemicals and equipment found in a typical therapy setting.

May work in outpatient department, inpatient department, or other community events. Rotates weekend / holiday coverage for Department. PHYSICAL AND MENTAL EFFORT Required to display characteristics consistent with registration requirements and ethical practice in Physical Therapy. Substantial amount of walking required.

Frequent lifting, bending and reaching required. Moderate amount of stress.
