Field Support Engineer-Senior - Revo Health

The Info Technology Sr Field Support Engineer provides primary tech support to end-users on PC & phone related troubleshooting while demonstrating strong customer service skills. Support employees in interfacing w/network, phone systems & software applications. In addition, role assists in training new IT hires as well as leading projects.  Work from the corp office as well as in clinic & surgery center spaces.

Responsibilities include

answering IT Service Center calls, diagnosing problems, troubleshooting, & providing

FT - M - F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM out of our Bloomington office.
