Assistant Production Supervisor - 1st Shift

We are seeking an Assistant Production Supervisor to be responsible for pour end manufacturing. You must have extensive hands-on experience in Manufacturing Operations along with excellent people skills combined with solid technical knowledge. You will assist the Manufacturing Supervisor in the development and management of multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, manage permanent and temporary employees in the pour and reheat zones, and focus on safety, quality, productivity, cost reduction, continuous improvement and 5S.
