Wellness Director (LPN) – Assisted Living Spring Oak Senior Living at York York SC Spring Oak Senior Living at York is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as the Wellness Director for our assisted living community. Spring Oak Senior Living is a family-owned and operated senior living company.

This is a hands-on clinical leadership role for an LPN who is passionate about resident care, team development, medication management, regulatory compliance, and creating a warm, supportive environment for seniors.

The Wellness Director reports directly to the Executive Director and works closely with regional and corporate clinical leadership to support quality care, strong communication, and day-to-day clinical operations.
