Job description
The W&D Industrial Engineer is responsible for designing, analyzing, and implementing customer onboarding initiatives and continuous improvement projects that optimize warehouse and distribution operations. This role partners closely with Operations, IT, and customers to develop scalable solutions that improve productivity, enhance service offerings, and drive operational excellence.
The Industrial Engineer will leverage technology, data analytics, and engineering principles to identify opportunities, solve complex operational challenges, and support strategic business initiatives.
