What You'll Do
Diagnose & Repair Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of customer and dealership vehicles. Perform routine maintenance as well as more complex mechanical and electrical repairs. Use modern diagnostic equipment and manufacturer service information to accurately identify and resolve vehicle concerns. Quality & Efficiency Complete repairs accurately and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Perform thorough inspections and identify additional service or repair needs. Follow manufacturer procedures and recommended repair guidelines. Team Collaboration Work closely with Service Advisors to communicate vehicle needs and repair recommendations. Provide accurate information to help create a smooth customer experience.
Work as part of a team to maintain an efficient and productive shop environment. Safety & Professional Development Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Stay current with new automotive technology, diagnostic equipment, and manufacturer procedures. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
What We're Looking For
1–2 years of main shop automotive technician experience required. Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic abilities. Experience with electrical troubleshooting is a plus. ASE certifications and/or manufacturer training are highly preferred. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Must have your own professional set of tools.
