Summary Job Description: Respiratory Therapist (RRT) $15,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible candidates! Full Time (36 hours), 3rd Shift The Baptist Health Respiratory Care department helps patients breathe better and live healthier. Our expert team provides personalized care and advanced treatments for conditions like asthma and COPD.
We offer comprehensive pulmonary function testing, advanced ventilator management, pulmonary rehabilitation programs, asthma and COPD education and management, and 24/7 emergency respiratory care. Our dedicated professionals deliver high-quality, compassionate care using state-of-the-art treatment plans. Description: Medication administration via aerosol therapy, oxygen therapy, percussion and postural drainage, non-invasive ventilation, mechanical ventilation, CPR, bedside pulmonary function screening, and arterial blood gases.
