Departmental Overview Compensation / Benefits $18.08-$29.53/hr. based on previous work experience Evening differential $2.00/hr. Night differential $2.50/hr. Weekend differential $2.50/hr.

We have disease specific certification from the Joint Commission in Hip Replacement, Knee Replacement and Hip Fx patients which deems us a center of excellence.

We also care for Total Shoulder and Ankle patients as well as other fractures. We also care for low level cardiac patients and some med-surg patients.

Job Summary

Job Summary Performs duties of a licensed practical nurse as prescribed by the Oklahoma Nurse Practice Act Contributes to the development of a plan of care and follows through with such plan for selected patients Administers medication with a high degree of safety and accuracy Documents nursing care and activities Assists with patient care and monitors patients during procedures Assists the departmental assistant with clinical matters Maintains the exam/treatment rooms and work environment Assists with the training of other staff Qualifications Education Completion of a vocational program for Licensed Practical Nurse Experience Prefer previous hospital experience Previous work history reflecting stable employment is necessary If no work experience, will consider school attendance record and performance (Above requirements can be met by the equivalent combination of education and experience).

Licensure/Certification.
