Middle School Math Teacher - St. Luke School

St. Luke Catholic School in Indianapolis, Indiana is a Kindergarten through 8th grade elementary school seeking a dynamic, faith-filled, and innovative Middle School Math Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will inspire students in 7th and 8th grades to develop strong mathematical skills, critical thinking, and confidence while integrating Catholic values into the classroom. Key Responsibilities

-Plan and deliver rigorous, standards-aligned math instruction for middle school students -Use a variety of instructional strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners -Integrate technology effectively to enhance student learning -Foster problem-solving, critical thinking, and real-world application of math concepts -Assess and monitor student progress, maintaining accurate and timely records -Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues -Maintain a positive, respectful, and faith-centered classroom environment -Collaborate with faculty and staff to support school-wide academic goals

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics -Valid Indiana teaching license (or ability to obtain) -Experience teaching middle school mathematics preferred -Strong knowledge of middle school math standards and best instructional practices
