We’re currently seeking an experienced Gold Coasted-based Finishes Foreman to join GRAYA™. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering our luxury multi-residential and mixed-use projects, taking ownership of the finishing stage and ensuring every residence is completed to GRAYA’s detail-led standard. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will lead finishing trade coordination, manage quality and defects, and drive the finishing programme through to practical completion and handover.
This is a hands-on role suited to a foreman who takes pride in precision, thrives on structured delivery, and holds trades to the highest workmanship standard. You will drive trade performance, protect the quality of the product, and ensure handovers are seamless, professional, and aligned with our brand. What You’ll Do Manage and coordinate all finishing trades to ensure clear communication and seamless delivery Drive the finishing programme to meet project milestones, completion targets and handover deadlines Conduct regular site inspections and provide clear progress reporting to the Project Manager Monitor and maintain workmanship quality across all finishing scopes, ensuring works meet drawings, specifications and GRAYA standards Identify defects early and manage rectification works in a timely, structured way Lead final inspections, defect close-out and handover readiness Maintain strong trade accountability across safety, conduct, quality and site presentation Support a high-performing, collaborative site culture aligned with GRAYA expectations Requirements What You’ll Bring Proven experience supervising finishing trades across construction projects (high-end multi-res or residential strongly regarded) Strong eye for detail and a clear commitment to exceptional quality outcomes Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and finishing schedules Strong leadership and trade management capability, with confidence directing multiple work fronts Solid understanding of site safety regulations, WHS compliance and quality control standards Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to report clearly and professionally Ability to work under pressure, maintain structure, and deliver to deadlines Benefits Why GRAYA™?
