Machine Operator - All shifts available

1st Shift - 7am-3pm 2nd Shift - 3pm-11pm 3rd Shift - 11pm-7am PRIMARY DUTIES : Use of powered and unpowered hand truck to position containers of chemicals and/or rubber Capable of identifying different types of chemicals and rubber Able to utilize the “#11 Banbury Mixing Sheet” to confirm the proper ingredients per batch Can operate the #11 Banbury mixer in both auto and manual modes Understands how to adjust the oil, whiting, and cycle temperatures on the PLC screen Maintains a clean mixer, mixer door, and throat free of excess buildup Clears batch and oil counter at the end of each work order and/or at the end of the shift Keeps work area clean and free of safety hazards Commitment to ISO9001 and Continuous Improvement Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities related to product, process and the system Identify and/or record any problems relating to the product, process and the quality system Hourly pay ranges from $21.
